WHAT IS WERCware?
WERCware is also an ever expanding set of specific service product applications designed for delivery and implementation via the platform and the relevant provider and consumer systems and devices.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
- Links a service provider and service consumer in two different locations
- Allows the provider to see and hear what the client is experiencing
- Accesses previously registered detailed information about the client and his or her environment
- Verbally interact with the client in light of this information as necessary to deliver the service being provided
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The precise functionality and configuration of provider and client systems will be determined by the requirements of the application as defined by the target provider/client disability constituency.
